Hand Luggage – liquids & large electrical items.
This summer, passengers travelling through UK airports should prepare for security as normal. They should bring liquids in containers up to 100ml in 1 litre clear plastic bags and remove those plastic bags and electrical items from their hand luggage.
To improve passenger security, UK airports are in the process of installing new security screening equipment over the next year. Passengers are advised to check on their departure airport website for the latest information.
