Customer Service Agent
Our Passenger Services team are responsible for the smooth running of the terminal, which includes the check-in and boarding of passengers and their baggage, ensuring the best possible passenger experience when travelling through the airport.
Security Officer
Our Security team is responsible for maintaining aviation security, keeping our airport safe, secure, and compliant for all passengers, colleagues and airport users. Duties include searches of people, baggage and vehicles, x-ray screening, access control and patrols.
Firefighter
Our Fire & Rescue team is essential to our airport’s operation, ensuring safety and compliance by maintaining an emergency fire service. In simple terms, no aircraft can take off or land without the airport’s Fire & Rescue Service.
Air Traffic Controller
Our Air Traffic Control team keep aircraft safe, providing aerodrome and radar approach to pilots, expediting, and maintaining an orderly flow of air traffic. Duties include control of aircraft during take-off, landing, ground movements, parking, start-up, and taxiing.
Ramp Crew
Our Ground Handling team oversee the safe and efficient operation of all aircraft on the airfield, safeguarding operational excellence in all airside areas. Duties range from working closely with air traffic control, flight, and cabin crews as a dispatch agent, or underwing on the tarmac ensuring the timely and accurate processing of passenger bags, to aircraft departures, arrivals, and turn-arounds.
Special Assistance Agent
Our Special Assistance Agents support passengers with reduced mobility throughout their airport experience, ensuring they travel safely and comfortably, reassured that they are being well cared for. We aim to provide a personalised service by capturing accurate passenger information, while being flexible and sensitive to any changes in their requirements
Aircraft Refuellers
Our Aircraft Refuellers provide refuelling services to based and visiting airlines ensuring the highest levels of safety and quality control are always maintained.
