  • Directions, Entry and Exit
    The airport is clearly signposted just off the A338. To help find the best route, use Google Maps or alternatively insert the post code BH23 6SE into your satellite navigation system.

    After turning into the main entrance road to Bournemouth Airport continue down the road until you reach the Departures building on your left.

    Premium Parking

    Entry

    After turning into the main entrance road, continue until you reach the Departures building on your left. Car Park 1 entrance is located directly opposite the Departures building, please then follow the Green entrance lane (right hand lane) that is signposted as pre-book entry.

    Approach the barrier, where your car registration will be scanned by our automatic number plate recognition cameras and the barrier will lift. Please proceed into the car park. Premium Parking is located to the right, in rows D – F.

    If you have any queries, simply press the intercom button and speak to a member of our team quoting your booking reference number.

    Exit

    There are two exit lanes located in the car park, next to rows I and J.

    Drive to the exit, where your number plate will be scanned by our automatic number plate recognition cameras, after which the barrier will lift. If prompted for over-stay payment, use the integrated chip & pin device. Alternatively, there are cash pay machines located by the entrance to Car Park 1 and in the Meet and Greet area within the Arrivals Terminal Building.

    Car Park 1

    Entry

    After turning into the main entrance road, continue until you reach the Departures building on your left. The Car Park 1 entrance is located directly opposite the Departures building; please then follow the Green entrance lane (right hand lane) that is signposted as pre-book entry.

    Approach the barrier, where your car registration will be scanned by our automatic number plate recognition cameras and the barrier will lift. Please proceed into the car park. Car Park 1 is located in rows G – Z. Please ensure you DO NOT park in the “Premium Parking” section of the car park as this is reserved for customers booking “Premium Parking” only. Any unauthorised vehicles parked in this area may be towed.

    Car Park 2

    Please do NOT enter Car Park 1. At the barrier adjacent to the terminal and Car Park 1 please present your booking confirmation to the member of staff operating the barrier.

    Once through this barrier please continue to follow signs for Car Park 2.

  • Turn up and Park

    If you’re not able to pre-book your parking, you can simply turn-up and park. However, if you want to guarantee your space then we do recommend that you pre-book.

    If you lose your token, a £5 administration fee will be added to the relevant tariff for your period of stay.

    Prices are displayed at car park entrances and may be subject to change.

    Don’t forget, we recommend pre-booking if you want to guarantee your space and your price.

    Entry and Exit Procedures

    Entry

    • On arrival at the airport follow the signs to the car park.
    • Please use the left hand lanes to access the car park.
    • On arrival at the car park barrier control panel,  press for a token and proceed into the car park to locate a space.

    Exit

    • To make your payment prior to exiting the car park you can:
    • use any of the automatic ticket machines in and around the terminal building
    • pay at one of the Pay stations in the car park, or
    • alternatively, on exit, insert your token into the barrier followed by a credit/debit card. Your card will be debited with the correct amount and your receipt presented
  • Pick Up and Drop Off

    If you’re dropping friends, colleagues or loved ones at the airport then you can park for up to 30 mins for £3, allowing you time to wave them off.

    • Please use the left hand lanes to access the car park.
    • On arrival at the car park barrier control panel, press for a token and proceed into the car park to locate a space.

    Exit

    To make your payment prior to exiting the car park you can:

    • use any of the automatic ticket machines in and around the terminal building
    • pay at one of the Pay stations in the car park, or
    • alternatively, on exit, insert your token into the barrier followed by a credit/debit card. Your card will be debited with the correct amount and your receipt presented

    Bournemouth Airport parking amendments

    Amendments to the dates of stay are subject to the terms and conditions of your booking. Certain promotional products cannot be amended, it will be made clear at the point of booking if this is the case.

    Please note if you booked during a sale or at a lower price and that rate is no longer available, the new rate will apply. Where specified in the product details some special offer bookings cannot be amended or cancelled.

    How do I cancel my car park booking?

    Cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of your booking. Where specified in the product details some special offer bookings cannot be amended or cancelled.

    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled car park arrival time/date. You may cancel your booking online or by calling our Customer Contact Centre on the following free phone number:

    Bournemouth Airport parking cancellations

    When you cancel your booking, a £7.50 administration charge will be levied and deducted from the refunded amount.

    The £7.50 administration charge will not apply if you chose to purchase the Cancellation Protection as part of your booking and are cancelling at least 24 hours prior to your car park arrival date.

    Bookings made less than 24 hours before departure cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.

    Customers who have booked via a third party should contact them directly.

    My booking reference is not recognised on your website.
    What should I do?

    If you are trying to amend or cancel your booking online via book.bournemouthairport.com and your booking reference is not recognised, it is likely that the booking has been made through a third-party site. Please check your booking confirmation email for information regarding how to amend/cancel your booking or visit our contact page for third party contact details.

    What happens after I have made my booking?

    You will receive an on-screen confirmation which details your booking reference and instructions (please read these carefully). Please print this page for your records as you will need this information at the airport.

    We will also send you a booking confirmation email. Please ensure that your vehicle registration details are correct as this is used to give you access to the car park. There is an option to amend your booking if you will be arriving at the airport in a different vehicle than originally planned.

    You are responsible for supplying a valid email and we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of booking confirmation emails due to transmission failure or incorrect address details.

    Failure to receive the confirmation email has no bearing on the status of your booking, your booking is still valid, but please check your junk or spam folder just in case your booking confirmation email has been sent there. If not, your email address may have been entered incorrectly. You can also contact our Customer Contact Centre on the following free phone number and ask for your confirmation email to be resent:

    Can I make a booking today to park at the airport today?

    Yes. Bookings can be made up to at least 2 hours prior to your arrival time at the relevant Airport.

    All Car Park bookings are subject to availability and the Airport reserves the right to withdraw availability at its entire discretion for a given date.


    My vehicle details have changed. What should I do?

    You may amend your vehicle details on your booking up to 24 hours before your car parking commences, online or by calling our Customer Contact Centre on the following free phone number:

    What if I return later than the date/time on the booking?

    You will be charged for the additional days in which you stay in the car park, based on the overstay rate applicable to the car park and Airport.

    For further details of these Overstay charges please refer to the terms and conditions on your booking confirmation or to ‘Section 6. Car Park Conditions of Use’ in the car parking terms and conditions on the Airport website.

    Please note overstay charges are only applicable if you leave the car park 6 hours after the departure date and time entered at time of booking.
