Are you a skilled Engineering Technician looking for an exciting opportunity? We invite you to be part of our dynamic team at Bournemouth Airport, where your expertise will contribute to the seamless operation of our facilities. This is an exciting time for the airport as we prepare for Summer 2025 and the launch of Jet2’s operations.
Position: Engineering Technician
Salary: £29,806 per annum (40 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a multi-skilled team to perform essential maintenance and repairs that keep our airport running smoothly.
- Participate in on-call duties for out-of-hours repairs.
- Supervise minor building projects and coordinate with contractors and service engineers.
- Engage professionally with airport staff, customers, and contractors.
- Uphold Health and Safety standards in all tasks.
- Assist the Asset Manager with major projects and oversee maintenance works.
What We’re Looking For:
- A full UK driving licence.
- Relevant qualifications or experience in a similar role.
- A flexible mindset, comfortable with manual handling, lone working, and working at heights.
- A passion for outdoor work.
