Pre-book parking to secure your space

Yes, a £1.50 administration fee is charged.

If you have pre booked follow the instructions as detailed in your booking confirmation. If you have not pre booked you can either take a token on entry and pay at the pay stations in the terminal buildings when you leave OR insert your credit/debit card at the exit barrier. The card will be automatically charged with the correct amount.

Parking is charged per day or part thereof. All prices shown are in GBP and include VAT at 20%.

Amendments to the dates of stay are subject to the terms and conditions of your booking. Certain promotional products are not amendable and the products this applies to will be made clear at the point of booking.

Please note if you booked during a sale or at a lower price and that rate is no longer available, the current rate will apply. Where specified in the product details, some special offer bookings cannot be amended or cancelled.

Cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of your booking. Certain products can not be cancelled and the products this applies to will be made clear when selecting your car park.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled car park arrival date. A £7.50 administration charge will be levied and deducted from the refunded amount. Bookings made less than 24 hours before departure cannot be cancelled and are not refundable.

The £7.50 charge will not apply if you chose to purchase the Cancellation Protection as part of your booking and are cancelling at least 24 hours prior to your car park arrival date.

You will receive an on-screen confirmation, detailing your booking reference and instructions. Please print this page for your records as you’ll need this information at the airport.

We will also send you a confirmation email. Failure to receive this confirmation email has no bearing on the status of your booking.

Pre-booking via the website or call centre

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Electron, Paypal and Solo for pre-booking. We are unable to accept any other form of payment via this website or the call centre. Please note if you choose to pay by credit card, you will be charged a £1.50 credit card fee. We do not charge a fee for debit cards.

Payment at the car park

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as cash at the car park pay machines. Receipts are available on request. Please note if you choose to pay by credit card, you will be charged a £1.50 credit card fee. We do not charge a fee for debit cards.

If you lose your token, a £5 administration fee will be added to the relevant tariff for your period of stay.
